this photograph was shot @ Chennakeshava Temple, Belur with Nikon D5100 & 35mm prime
struck by grief
in a stone, he found solace
with petals of flowers he drew
the story of his troubled heart
caught in raging summer heat
tears soaking his skin
unaware of the rush around
he whispered his heart to the stone
I cannot say my soul is pure
I dare not think I made no sin
I held myself for love my lord
please do not leave me desolate!
a mild breeze dried his tears
sun was no more harsh
basked in divinity, he smiled
his heart was calm, eyes closed
raised by the rhythm of his prayers
the heaven seemed to near.
