Happy Vishu to all my friends

Today is Vishu. Vishu is a festival held in the state of Kerala in South India around the first day in the Malayalam Year of Medam (April – May). Vishu is also considered as the harvest festival of Kerala and thus the importance of this day to all Malayalees. To know more about Vishu click here.

Today I wish all my friends a very happy Vishu. May you all have a prosperous and happy year ahead.

I am sharing one of my favourite devotional song with you today. Do check that out :)

I Love how India celebrates so many New Years, according to its traditions and regional/religious cultures.

Happy Vishu! Hope you have a great year ahead too. :)

Kisses.

A very happy Vishu to you too Anil!

My husband was telling me about this festival yesterday. So I already knew a bit about it.
Hopefully it'll be a very good harvest year for all the Malayalees.

Thanks for sharing the video - lovely song.
